Everyone loves lip plumper, right???

Lip Venom, Besoplex, Too Faced Lip Injection-- you name the lip plumping agent, and I have, more than likely, tried it-- twice. However, I have always been disappointed by the lack of effective lip plumpers available... until I discovered how to make my own.

In a small jar (or pill box, or any other available container), place a decent amount of petroleum jelly in the center. Depending on the size of your container and the amount of lip balm you wish to make, you can add as much or as little as you like. However, I recommend starting off with two or three tablespoons.

Next, place two drops of Cinnamon leaf oil in the middle of the petroleum jelly. Follow that with two drops of your peppermint/spearmint/menthol oil. Make sure to test it on your lips before proceeding. If you like your lip balm very strong (like me), add a drop or two more of cinnamon oil. If it is already too strong for you, add a drop of your mint oil and/or another tablespoon of petroleum jelly to even it out. Follow by adding a sprinkle of cayenne pepper for added kick.

Make sure to keep your lip balm in a very tight container. Apply once or twice a day, as desired. Make sure, however, to alternate uses with plain petroleum jelly or Chapstick, as this concoction can dry your lips if used in abundance.

Questions, concerns, song and dance routines? You know the drill.
